09 - 11 May 2024 | MINES International Exhibition & Convention Centre (MIECC) in Kuala Lumpur. Over 8 000+ square meters of exhibition space: MCVE is the largest exhibition dedicated to commercial vehicles in South-East Asia.

During the show, relevant government agencies, professional societies, and associations will join the organizer to provide updates on their products, services and the latest in trucking, bus business and public transport.

FAQ: Your questions - our answers

Is there a dress code?

We recommend comfortable clothing, however would like to point out that this is an official event with high profile representatives of global brands and government representatives present.

Can I park my car overnight

There is ample parking at the venue, and you may leave your car in the designated areas. However, parking fees apply and are imposed by the venue.

Are children allowed to enter MCVE 2026?

For safety reasons, only adults are allowed to join the event.

How about food and drinks?

Asian Trucker has arranged for food and drinks to be available at selected spaces. In addition, there are plenty of options for a good meal available in the mall across the street or in nearby eateries in town.

I am a smoker

and there are designated spaces for you to smoke outside the hall

Why do I need to register?

This is for safety purposes so we know who has entered the hall in case of any emergency

Can I attend the official opening ceremony?

You are welcome to join the opening ceremony. Space is limited and you may want to get there early.

Will there be a goodie bag for visitors?

Several sponsors have provided bags, which we will hand out at registration.

Where can I collect my pass to access MCVE 2026?

Admission to MCVE 2026 for visitors is free of charge. Registration will be at the event. We require every visitor to register in order to accurately capture attendance (for safety purposes).
